Idol Manager Editor [modding tool]

This is a modding tool, not a game. If you're looking for the actual game, you'll find it over at Idol Manager's store page.

This editor is intended for use with the current beta version of Idol Manager. Using this editor, you can create new events and substories, and can add new idol portraits.

Documentation for this editing tool can be found in the modding thread in the Idol Manager community forums. Users are encouraged to use this thread to provide feedback or ask questions if troubleshooting assistance is needed.

More modding features will be added after Idol Manager is completed and released. Idol Manager was originally a Kickstarter project, with mod support included as one of the campaign's stretch goals.  We met our goal for mod support, but we're prioritizing completing the game before working extensively on our stretch goals. We're releasing this editor now because it's a tool that we built for internal use as part of Idol Manager's development, and we wanted to give players a chance to tinker with the basic editor while the game is still in beta.

Future updates to the editor during Idol Manager's beta period will include other tools that we're building for our own internal use, such as localization support (allowing for fan translations). We will be taking feedback regarding the editor into account, but some requested features may not be added until after Idol Manager's beta is over and the full game is released.
